The 2012 Annual Meeting is scheduled for March 13 at 7 pm at Crofton Town Hall.  The proposed budget has been distributed to homeowners and will be voted upon at the meeting.  In addition, Directors will be elected.  There are vacant spots on the board for interested homeowners.

Unless otherwise noted, meetings are at 7 pm on the second Tuesday of each month at Town Hall.  The next board meeting is scheduled for February 14.

Per the community bylaws, changes to homes must be approved by the Board.  Please download and fill out one form per requested change.  Forms can be returned to any Director or sent to P.O. Box 3071 in Crofton.
